These parcels are partially cleared. There is a wet weather creek running through the property and so far we have located three springs on this property.  These springs had running water in the driest part of the past year, so they should be functional for the entire year.  Most of the trees have been removed from this property so there will be very little preparation in order to have a building spot prepared.  I currently hold a valid electric permit and a valid septic permit for this property, this may be transferrable to the purchaser of the entire property. The property purchaser will be responsible for obtaining water (usually a well) and sewer (the sewer will be by the use of a home owner's septic system).  Electric service is available on at least three sides of the property.
